Proudly Serving Salt Lake City
Salt Lake City is a city of old houses — Victorian and bungalow homes in the Avenues and Capitol Hill, 1920s brick Tudors in Yalecrest and Sugar House, postwar ramblers on the west side. A huge share of them are still running their original single-pane wood windows, which means high heating bills during inversion season and rooms that overheat in the summer sun. We help Salt Lake homeowners fix that without losing the character of the home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to help you move forward with confidence.
How long does an installation take in Salt Lake City?
Most Salt Lake homes are done in one to two days — smaller bungalow projects often in a single visit. Older homes in the Avenues or Capitol Hill with out-of-square openings can take a little longer, and we'll give you the exact timeline at your free in-home measurement.
What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?
Glass, frames, hardware, and our installation labor — for as long as you own the home. If you sell, the warranty transfers to the new owner at no cost, which is a nice line item to hand a buyer in the Salt Lake market.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Qualified homeowners can choose 0% promotional financing, and we also have longer low-interest plans if you'd rather keep the monthly payment small. We'll lay out the real numbers during your estimate — no surprises later.
Are your windows built for Salt Lake City's climate?
Absolutely. We spec high-altitude, multi-pane Low-E glass packages designed to handle the Salt Lake Valley's extreme temperature swings — from sub-freezing inversion-season winters to scorching, high-UV summers.
